Terms & Conditions

Rules for using Lanocard accounts, virtual cards, crypto checkout, KYC, and support. Last updated July 31, 2026.

By creating an account or buying a Lanocard virtual card, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Lanocard provides crypto-funded prepaid virtual Visa and Mastercard debit cards through a user dashboard. After payment confirmation, cards may be created via our card processor API and managed in your panel (balance, transactions, top-ups, statements).

2. Accounts

  • Signup requires first name, last name, phone (with country code), email, and password.
  • You must keep login credentials private. Optional 2FA (Authenticator) can be enabled in Settings.
  • Your profile name is used as the cardholder name on new cards and statements.
  • One person/entity should not abuse multiple accounts to bypass limits or risk controls.

3. Card creation & limits

  • Minimum card balance is $5 USD. Maximum is shown at checkout (typically up to $1,000 unless stated otherwise).
  • An issue fee applies on top of card balance (Visa and Mastercard fees may differ). The Total shown before payment is what you must pay.
  • Non-verified accounts may hold up to 2 cards. KYC-verified accounts may hold up to 6 cards.
  • Deleting a card frees a slot. Users cannot self-delete cards — request deletion via a Support ticket. After admin removal, you may create again within your limit.
  • For Visa, you must provide a 3D Secure email. Payment OTP codes for that card are sent to that email.

4. Crypto payments

  • Pay at least the amount shown using the selected network (e.g. USDT TRC20, BTC, ETH). Overpaying is accepted.
  • Wrong network, underpayment, or late payment may delay or prevent confirmation.
  • After confirmation, the card may activate instantly via API or show Processing until activation completes.
  • Service status and cards update in your dashboard automatically — check the Live panel, not email, for card lifecycle notices.

5. Top-ups

You may top up an active card with crypto from the dashboard. A top-up fee (for example a percentage of the amount) may apply. After payment, top-ups may show as Processing until credited. Instant credit depends on backend funding and admin approval where required.

6. KYC (identity verification)

KYC is available in the user panel. Submitting documents starts a Pending review. Admin may Approve or Reject. Approved KYC unlocks the higher card limit (up to 6). Rejection reasons appear in your panel notifications and KYC page. You may re-submit clear documents if rejected.

7. Support tickets

Use Support in the dashboard for help (activation delays, top-ups, card deletion requests, account issues). Include order number, card last 4 digits where relevant, and transaction hash for payment problems.

8. Acceptable use

You may use cards for lawful online payments where Visa/Mastercard are accepted. Prohibited uses are listed on our Restrictions page. We may suspend cards or accounts that violate these rules.

9. Refunds

Cryptocurrency payments are generally irreversible. Refunds, if any, are case-by-case after verification and may deduct network fees. Open a Support ticket with order number and tx hash.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. The date above shows the latest revision. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. See also our Disclaimer.
