Restrictions

1. Prohibited activities

• Illegal goods/services, fraud, scams, or stolen credentials
• Sanctioned countries, entities, or OFAC/similar restricted parties
• Money laundering, terrorist financing, or structuring to evade controls
• Adult content platforms where prepaid/virtual cards are banned by the merchant or network
• Gambling or betting where prohibited by law or by the card network for your BIN
• Purchasing weapons, drugs, or other regulated goods illegally
• Chargeback / friendly-fraud abuse or false payment claims
• Reselling cards or sharing accounts in ways that harm the service

2. Account & card limits (user panel)

• Non-verified users: maximum 2 virtual cards
• KYC-verified users: maximum 6 virtual cards
• Card balance at creation: minimum $5, maximum as shown at checkout
• Cards cannot be deleted by the user; deletion requires a Support ticket
• Creating extra accounts to bypass the 2/6 card limit is forbidden

3. Merchant acceptance

Cards are for online use where Visa or Mastercard is accepted. Merchants may decline prepaid, virtual, or certain BINs (ads, games, travel, subscriptions). Declines are not a Lanocard outage — see our Disclaimer.

4. Geographic & regulatory

Service may be unavailable or limited in some jurisdictions. You must comply with local crypto and prepaid-card laws. We may block regions or require KYC based on risk.

5. Payment & top-up abuse

• Do not spam duplicate checkouts for the same payment
• Do not claim payment without a valid on-chain transfer
• Do not use incorrect networks intentionally to disrupt operations

6. 3D Secure & OTP email

For Visa cards, the 3DS OTP email you provide must be one you control. Using someone else’s email without permission, or using disposable inboxes to abuse merchants, may lead to suspension.
