1. “As is” service
Lanocard is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and uninterrupted availability.
2. Merchant acceptance
We do not guarantee that any merchant, ad platform, game store, subscription, or website will accept your card. Declines may result from merchant policy, BIN type, 3D Secure, AVS, region, or risk scoring — outside Lanocard’s control.
3. Crypto & payment risk
Cryptocurrency prices, network fees, and confirmation times fluctuate. Sending funds on the wrong network or with the wrong amount can cause permanent loss. Blockchain congestion may delay payment detection even when you paid correctly.
4. Card issuance & processing
Many cards activate quickly via API after payment. Others remain Processing until the card processor or admin completes activation. Timelines shown in the dashboard (for example 30–60 minutes) are estimates, not guarantees.
5. Top-ups & balances
Top-ups may stay Processing until credited. Live balances and transactions depend on the card processor feed. Temporary mismatches can occur; the dashboard Live view refreshes automatically but may lag.
6. KYC & limits
Non-verified users are limited to 2 cards; verified users up to 6. Completing KYC does not guarantee approval. We may request re-verification or lower limits at any time for risk reasons.
7. Notifications
Primary status updates appear in the user panel. Do not rely solely on email for card create/activate notices. Visa 3DS OTPs are delivered by the network/processor to your designated email and may be delayed by spam filters.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lanocard is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including lost profits, merchant declines, missed campaigns, or blockchain delays — arising from use of the service.
9. Not financial advice
Nothing on Lanocard is investment, tax, or legal advice. Digital assets involve risk of loss. You are responsible for your own compliance and tax obligations.
